Nick Rivas

Nick Rivas is a seasoned manager with over twenty-two years of experience in private equity country clubs and property management. Holding various management positions in his career span, he has successfully led teams to deliver top-notch results. Nick’s diverse experience and knowledge in the industry have earned him a reputation as a trusted professional.

In 2019, Nick ventured into real estate and quickly established himself as a reputable and accomplished real estate agent. Over the years, Nick has taken on roles in different organizations, including serving as the General Manager of a local property management company responsible for 500 units, comprising of single-family homes, apartments, and duplexes.

In recognition of his outstanding performance and contribution to the real estate industry, Nick was awarded the prestigious 2022 Kelly Realtor’s Golden Shamrock for his achievement in exceeding $10 million in real estate transactions.

Nick Rivas is a dedicated professional with a passion for excellence. His ability to manage properties with precision and his knowledge of the real estate industry has made him a valuable asset to his customers.

Justin Edwards

Justin Edwards is a highly experienced professional with over twenty years of experience in hospitality and property management. Over that time, he has held several positions, including General Manager and Regional Director of Operations, overseeing select and full-service hotels under Marriott and Hilton brands. His dedication to excellent performance and guest satisfaction has been recognized by Hilton Hotels with the Conrad Hilton award and the Hilton Lighthouse Award. 

In addition to his work in the hospitality industry, Justin has also co-owned and operated businesses in the restaurant and service industry, which has demonstrated his deep entrepreneurial spirit. He has also been actively involved in owning and operating rental properties for 17 years, which serves as a testament to his diverse skillset. 

Justin is a commercial-rated pilot, which is a testament to his passion for taking on new challenges, performing well under pressure, and always seeking to learn and grow.  Justin’s commitment and passion extend beyond his profession and into the community. He serves on various local boards and was the founding Chairman of the Waco Tourism Public Improvement District, where his strategic and visionary leadership skills were highly valued and appreciated. Justin’s versatile talents, community engagement, and dedication to excellence make him an accomplished professional and a true asset.

Josh Edwards

Josh Edwards is a dynamic entrepreneur who started his professional journey in the radiology field. Though he established a career in the medical industry, he soon realized his passion for entrepreneurship and began creating opportunities for himself. Josh has proven his ability with a diversified portfolio of businesses, operating in the auto, restaurant, haircare, excavation, and cattle industries. His effective approach to business leadership has yielded significant success in each of these industries. 

In addition to his thriving businesses, Josh has also been an active member of The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) for over 20 years.  With his extensive experience and relentless work ethic, he now serves on the board of directors as their Vice Chairman. 

Outside of his professional commitments, Josh is also a private-rated pilot, a testament to his adventurous spirit and desire to explore the world. Josh’s entrepreneurial passion and diverse skills make him a dynamic, visionary leader.

Stu Arledge brings a wealth of experience and an infectious enthusiasm to his role as Vice President of Customer Acquisitions. With over 40 years in the hospitality and property management field, Stu has established himself as a well-known figure in the industry, often evoking the iconic character of Norm from the beloved TV series “Cheers.”

Known for his approachable demeanor and ability to connect with anyone, Stu meets no stranger and earns the friendship of all he encounters. His extensive background includes operating several successful businesses within the hospitality and service industry, where he honed his skills in customer relations and business development.

Stu’s passion for creating memorable experiences and fostering meaningful relationships drives his commitment to excellence in customer acquisitions. With a sharp eye for opportunities and a heart for service, he continues to lead the way in establishing lasting partnerships and enhancing customer satisfaction. Whether he’s sharing a story or brainstorming innovative strategies, Stu’s vibrant spirit and wealth of knowledge make him an invaluable asset to our team.
